Tophatter - You can dispute a charge to your credit card!
I've read so many complaints about not getting reimbursed for items either inferior or not as expected or not received at all. Don't waste you time fighting with Tophatter!
Contact your credit card provider and dispute the charge. Your provider will ALWAYS side with you. I no longer have any hesitation buying online.
If the product is inferior or not delivered, I dispute via a quick form and proof of purchase (I usually use the email confirmation sent from the seller) and my account is credited. Companies like Tophatter are usually located in Asia (a good gauge is when size XL = US size 8) so business practices are not what there are here in the good 'ol USA.

I ordered a lot of reprints and it's free shipping. They took off the free shipping, but charged me $90+ for the order which isn't correct with the postage deleted.

they always say they will refund your money and it never happens!!!! this is *** they need to stick buy their word tophatter has taken 19.00 from me and never refunded my money and they was the one who canceled my order cause it was out of stock from the seller
Please remember that buying sight unseen is risky. I keep mine at a level of under 20.00.
I buy stuff like earrings. I am not about to purchase a laptop think people.
