when i first discovered tophatter i was so happy, i bid on all kinds of merchandise and while you were bidding you could ask questions from the seller, then there format was changed i could no longer ask questions and they had all auctions going on all at the same time where as before you would click on a site and almost get personalized attention from the seller----now it is a hodge podge of stuff that i liken to bait and switch, i would see a very beautiful top and when it came it was not even in the size i ordered, and they wont let me get a refund. and there were other things like i won the auction for a beautiful hand bag but a week later i was told i was given a refund but i still dont have a refund. another time i won a auction for a 3-d printer for 68.00 i was so happy but then my money was refunded because i was told it was worth much more than what i won it for ,so basicly i got cheated because not enough people were in the auction--- DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY --ITS A SCAM!!!!!

This is the second time that I've won something bidding on it and it was a substantial amount of money and I'm being requested to pay double shipping again I just got an email from PayPal telling me after already paying $9 for shipping they're requesting another $10 for shipping and then when you try to contact tophatter they make it damn near impossible and then their sister company says that my order number is invalid on one page when I type in that in my email but on the order page from their sister company it says order confirmed they make it impossible to talk to anybody the first time this happened I wanted Dell laptop bidding on it it gets here my mail carrier won't give it to me she says that there's a $15.15 overcharge because the company that mailed it to me tried to be slick and sent it in a box instead of a padded envelope like it was supposed to be shipped in what they were what they were paid for I contacted the sister company that it came from they said oh yeah our warehouse boys made a mistake oops let's see if we can get you a partial refund that was the last I ever heard from that company they won't return my emails I have sent the shipping label box from the postmaster himself the receipt that I had to pay the additional $15.50 and the picture of the item when the postmaster delivered it to me by hand tophatter has yet to resolve that issue now I'm being requested on another item that I have not gotten to pay an additional $10 shipping I will be contacting my attorney tomorrow I have spent over $40,000 with this company in a year and a half almost two years and the bad starting to outweigh the good let's just say that if they if there's an issue they just ignore you and when you try to contact them the way that they tell you to it says oops your email was abducted by a 404 UFO are you flipping kidding me

I bought a product before it was shipped I requested a refund and was refused the product was shipped and when I received it was not what I wanted so I requested a refund! I got no response so I looked on the app and it said add return tracking info so I assumed I need to buy my own return label so I did shipped it to the return address on the label shipped to me now they tell me that was not where it was supposed to be returned and now I get no refund because they claim it was never delivered yet the tracking shows delivered I shipped it to the return address why is that the wrong address it was the return address on the label shipped to me so that use fake addresses to ship products? I m very upset and done with top hater and I was a good customer I included a photo of the tracking for the shipping label sent to me obviously the return address is the same as where I shipped it to!
