My family which I order a 10inch fell computer for, received it, it doesnt turn on, it was scratched up, and charger was not the right one for it. Also it states that I can't return it..

I sent an email already, I want my $159.00 plus shipping, put back on my paypal card.

Try contacting Paypal. They are usually really good about handling these things.

They have settled issues like this for me before. Hopefully it is still in the 30 day period. They have a lot of pull with retailers who accept Paypal. It is worth a try anyway.

I hope you get this settled. It is so sad how much poor customer service is out there.
