I tried to cancel an item and am completely frustrated because THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! if my situation isn’t resolved, I will never order from you again and will report you to the Charlotte NC Better Business Bureau!
I ordered a guitar but the strings were not what I wanted. How can you run a lucrative business and totally disregard your customers. You shouldn’t be online if there is no customer service to call or contact. I question your business acumen as well as your scruples.
