I ordered one smatwatch that was CAD 32 plus CAD 4 for shipping. I never knew that the item will be coming from China otherwise i would have opted out as waiting for more than 4 weeks makes no sense.

Anyway Once i got my item it was not working. i contacted the help line and they immediately send me a return for this item and they credited my account with CAD 11 in order to offset the shipping back cost. They also informed me that the item must be sent back to China with a Tracking number. I visited my nearest post office and the Shipping with tracking to chine was costing around CAD 60 ! i have to Pay another 60-11= 49 dollars to get my 32 dollars back. I contacted them several times to let them know the issue but every time I got the same reply.

Totally third class service and is there just to rip the money from new customers. Please avoid it if you love your time and money.
