Yesterday, 6 Dec 2017, I placed orders with Tophatter.com, immediately realize my order was upped to three same items. order #46313376, #46313256 and #46313309.
Each at $25.00 yet I only wanted one (1). I called PayPal, which had already made payment, then email Tophatter.com customer service. This morning got answer to wait till delivery, even though items were still in-house, refuse shipment and then ask for refund. This is not user friendly and doesn't comply with Tophatter.com normal policy.
When I attempted to use their instant messenger got no reply. If this is the manner of business conducted by Tophatter, I guess I should refuse all orders I've made and never visit them again.
