I won a bid and paid on 06122017, on the 17th I received a email At 10:38pm or that area, that my items has been delivered, I quickly advised I received no 4:48am I received another email stating I received a refund. I think the problem was because the Item I won was 2 pack 14kt white gold, round and square studs.

I won with a bid of $1.00 shipping free. I would have paid more, it did not have to go like this, my credit card was debited the day I won, the company is dba luxury me. they should have honored the process, But they rerouted my item through DHL e commerce to usps bellflower, ca. at a sorting facility, their phone number is 317-554-5191 Called the number and was asked to put tracking number in, all of a sudden I there was knowone available to answer my questions, I wonder why ?

I will try not to deal with this company anymore. I have made many orders but this is the worst experience.
