They use deceptive pictures and you have to read the entire listing, not just the blurb. When you scroll down to the end of the listing you see what is actually being offered and if it’s clothing, the sizes available.

With shipping on top of the overall product inferiority, it’s no bargain. The delivery time is long, too. And forget about customer service - it doesn’t exist. There are a few brand name products offered, usually cosmetics.

But the initial screenshot in an ad can be very misleading. You might think you’re bidding on a tablet but all that is being offered is a keyboard.

Review about: Tophatter Marketplace.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I liked: Auction being available 24 hrs day.

I didn't like: Junk.

When Top-hatter empowers a seller to commit FCC Regulated Federal Wire Fraud then Top-hatter is a collusive partner and is is more violation than the individual seller as they represent 1000's of fraudulent sellers. The key is; if it is a Chinese Item, than it is a fraud!

Please do not blame tophater, they are just a market place, its the sellers you should be mad at,tophater gives you good customer service on refunds to.The sellers mark up way to high and make things look so good, but seen one item that was up for bids, then checked, the item sold for over 6.00 plus shipping and you can get the same thing from china for .67 cents with free shipping
