I have spent $329.00 in a months time on your website and some stuff I received was great, but some not so much. The stuff that didn't work was refunded with no problem, but the last few items I got didn't work and one was damaged in shipping, beyond repair.
I'm told I've reached my quota of refunds and I will have to pay the price of shipping to return this damaged item. The dog feeder cost $8.00 total and the shipping cost to return it is $22.75. Do the math would you pay it?
So I've been told I'm just *** outta luck and I'm stuck with a busted item. This is very bad buisness...So you lose a good customer behind $8.00????
