The phone number you sent me goes straight to a recording saying the person you are trying to reach is off line...Go Figure.

I received a damaged product,in the mail which cost $8.00,if I wanna send it back it will cost $22.75 to ship it. Do I give off the impression that I'm SIMPLE MINDED?

NOW I was given a $5.00 credit, so I figured I might as well use it, which I did and got something I've been wanting for awhile, only to be informed I was refunded for this product. Which I never asked for!@!!

What's wrong with these people? I worry....
