ILess than a week ago I bid and won a beautiful and bright, colorful Indian tapestry of an Elephant. What Bluelans sent was a cheap, thin small totally wrong item (see photo).

Sure I got my refund, but how come neither Company offered to make their stupid mistake RIGHT and send me the tapestry I WON ! Much rather have that! What's WRONG with people?! -one Dissatisfied & Pissed Consumer P.S.

BTW, the wek before this, I had won a Deluxe Tens Kit for $6! MSRP $188 bucks.

And THAT conveniently got LOST?? In the MAIL..!!

Because the company has no idea what happened.

I'm a seller and we do not get any word of complaints. Tophatter just refunds buyers with no notification or anything to sellers.

We (some of us) would love to be able to remedy situations but Tophatter won't let us.


Picture above is what came instead of the Tapestry I was supposed to get..
